Level IV offers 4 courses per month for the Firearms Certification Course/HQL.

Maryland State Police Application Fees

To begin the process:

• Fill out the course application form http://www.level4protectiongroup.com/application/
• We will email or call you with the next available class date. 
• Once you have received your confirmation email for your class date make payment on the application page. http://www.level4protectiongroup.com/application/
• Fill out the Level IV Facts Sheet https://pdf.ac/ib2EV if you are doing anything other than just an HQL class. 
• Payments should be made at least 7 days before your class date. Please call or email if you need to wait closer to the class date, we will work with you!
